Questions about pricing, answered plainly.
- When does billing start?
- Billing is not active yet. I Do HQ is in early access, so everything runs on the Free tier right now with no card required. Paid plans will launch later, and you will hear about it before anything changes.
- How does billing work once it is live?
- The wedding workspace is the billing unit, which means both partners are covered by one plan. Mobile subscriptions (iOS and Android) go through Apple App Store and Google Play in-app purchase. Web subscriptions use Stripe. You can cancel from either store at any time.
- Are prices in Australian dollars?
- Yes, all prices are in AUD. GST is included in the listed price -- you will not pay extra on top.
- Are prices inclusive or exclusive of GST?
- Prices shown are inclusive of GST. [[to confirm with accountant before launch]]
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Is there an annual plan?
- An annual option (with a discount for committing upfront) is being considered. Sign up free and you will hear when it is available.
- What happens after the wedding?
- Weddings are time-bound, so subscriptions are too. The honeymoon planner in Plus extends useful life past the big day. After that, you can move to Free and keep your data.
- Is there a vendor plan?
- Yes. VendorHQ, the companion platform for businesses, has its own subscription. It is still being built. Register your interest below and we will be in touch when it opens.
